Pickup in store
Location: Pickups are available from our Melbourne warehouse.
Processing Time: Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for our team to prepare your order.
Pickup Hours:10:00am–12:00pm and 1:00pm–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Need it fast: Eligible orders qualify for Express Pickup for a small additional fee, with your items ready and waiting at the warehouse in just 45 to 60 minutes.
Wait for Notification: We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready. This email will include your Pickup Ticket and specific collection instructions.
Pickup Ticket: To ensure a smooth collection, please present your Pickup Ticket (digital or printed) to the warehouse staff upon arrival.
Pickup Holding Policy
Pickup orders are held free of charge for 7 calendar days from the scheduled pickup date.
After 7 days: $25 Restocking Fee per order Each additional week: $10 Administration Fee per order
All outstanding fees must be paid before the order can be released for collection.
