At WheelsZone, we stand behind the quality and durability of our wheels. To demonstrate our commitment to excellence, we offer a Lifetime Structural Warranty that covers structural defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions. This warranty is designed to give our customers confidence in their purchase while maintaining fairness and accountability.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Coverage Scope
• This warranty exclusively covers structural defects in the wheel material or workmanship that occur under normal and intended usage conditions as specified by the vehicle manufacturer and WheelsZone guidelines.
• Surface finishes, including but not limited to paint, powder coating, or chrome plating, are expressly excluded from this structural warranty. Customers are encouraged to follow proper maintenance guidelines to preserve the appearance of their wheels.
2. Exclusions from Coverage
• The following scenarios are not covered under this warranty:
• Structural damage caused by vehicle collisions, accidents, or impacts with curbs, potholes, or other road hazards.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence, including but not limited to overloading, racing, off-road usage, or use outside the manufacturer’s specifications. Wheels altered, repaired, or modified in any way by third parties without WheelsZone’s explicit written approval.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, chips, or discoloration.
3. Proof of Claim and Eligibility
• To file a warranty claim, customers must provide the following:
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice) from WheelsZone.
• Evidence that the damage occurred under normal usage conditions, including detailed photos and a written description of the issue.
• Documentation from a certified professional verifying that the wheel damage is structural and not the result of misuse or external factors.
• WheelsZone reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct an independent assessment before approving any warranty claim.
4. Determination of Warranty Validity
• WheelsZone retains sole discretion in determining whether the damage qualifies as a structural defect under the terms of this warranty.
• Any decisions made by WheelsZone regarding warranty claims shall be deemed final and binding.
5. Replacement Policy
• If a warranty claim is approved, WheelsZone will provide a replacement wheel of the same model and specifications, subject to availability.
• In cases where the original model is no longer available, WheelsZone may, at its discretion, offer a similar wheel model or issue a prorated credit toward a future purchase.
• Replacement wheels provided under this warranty are covered for the remainder of the original wheel’s warranty period.
6. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and usage of the wheels, as specified in the product documentation.
• The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the damaged wheel to WheelsZone for inspection, as well as the shipping cost for the replacement wheel, if applicable.
7. Limitations and Liability
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the wheel.
• WheelsZone is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to towing, vehicle downtime, labor costs, or loss of use resulting from wheel damage.
• This warranty is void if the wheel is used in any manner inconsistent with the intended design or outside the manufacturer’s specifications.
8. Policy Modifications
• WheelsZone reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply only to wheels purchased after the effective date of the policy revision.
