WheelsZone Lifetime Structural Warranty
Last Updated: 25 Dec 2025
At WheelsZone, we stand behind the quality and durability of our wheels. To demonstrate our commitment to engineering integrity and product reliability, we offer a Lifetime Structural Warranty covering structural defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions. This warranty is designed to provide confidence in product safety while maintaining fairness and accountability.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Coverage Scope
This warranty exclusively covers structural defects in wheel materials or workmanship that occur under normal and intended usage conditions, in accordance with vehicle manufacturer specifications and WheelsZone fitment guidelines.
Structural defects include issues that compromise the integrity of the wheel, such as cracking, deformation, or air leakage caused by manufacturing-related faults.
2. Surface Finish Warranty & Exclusions
Where applicable, WheelsZone may offer limited surface finish coverage for manufacturing-related finish defects, subject to finish type and product classification. Any such coverage applies solely to defects arising from the manufacturing process and does not extend to cosmetic changes occurring after installation.
Due to the nature of chrome and polished finishes, and their heightened sensitivity to environmental exposure beyond the control of the manufacturer — including salt air, road salts, moisture, airborne contaminants, and varying climate conditions — all chrome and polished finishes are excluded from WheelsZone surface finish warranty coverage.
Exposure to these elements may result in discolouration, oxidation, staining, or surface deterioration over time. Any such surface changes are considered cosmetic in nature and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Surface damage resulting from harsh wheel cleaners, acid-based solutions, brake dust accumulation, or improper cleaning methods, including automatic car washes using abrasive brushes, is not covered. Wheels that have been repainted, re-powder-coated, machined, refinished, or otherwise altered after purchase are excluded from surface finish warranty consideration.
Detailed care, cleaning, and maintenance requirements are outlined in the applicable WheelsZone Wheel Care Guide, which customers are expected to follow to preserve wheel appearance and surface condition.
3. Exclusions from Coverage
This warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
- Structural damage caused by vehicle collisions, accidents, or impacts with curbs, potholes, or other road hazards
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence, including but not limited to overloading, racing, drifting, off-road use, or operation outside manufacturer specifications
- Wheels altered, repaired, or modified by third parties without WheelsZone’s explicit written approval
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, chips, or discoloration
4. Proof of Claim and Eligibility
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase from WheelsZone (order number or invoice)
- Clear photographic evidence and a written description of the issue
- Supporting documentation from a qualified professional confirming that the issue is structural in nature and not the result of misuse, impact, or external factors
WheelsZone reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct an independent assessment prior to claim approval.
5. Determination of Warranty Validity
WheelsZone retains sole discretion in determining whether a reported issue qualifies as a structural defect under the terms of this warranty. All determinations regarding warranty claims are final and binding.
6. Replacement Policy
If a warranty claim is approved, WheelsZone will provide a replacement wheel of the same model and specification, subject to availability.
If the original model is no longer available, WheelsZone may, at its discretion, offer a comparable alternative or a prorated credit toward a future purchase.
Replacement wheels provided under this warranty are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and usage of the wheels in accordance with WheelsZone guidelines and product documentation.
All costs associated with returning wheels for inspection, as well as shipping costs for replacement wheels, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitations and Liability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
WheelsZone shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to towing costs, vehicle downtime, labour charges, or loss of use.
This warranty is void if the wheel is used in any manner inconsistent with its intended design or vehicle application.
9. Policy Modifications
WheelsZone reserves the right to amend or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions apply only to products purchased after the effective date of the updated policy.
