1. Do your wheels come with a warranty?

2. Do you sell tyres?

Sorry we don't do tyres for now, At this time, we specialize in wheels as it’s where we can provide unmatched value. While tyres are widely available and follow standardized specifications, we’re more than happy to recommend trusted local tyre shops in your area. Simply share your postcode, and we’ll assist you with great options nearby!

3. Can I pick up my order in person?

Absolutely! You can select “Pickup” at checkout and complete your payment. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a pickup appointment and location details. Simply bring your Pickup Ticket to our warehouse at the scheduled time. Please note that arriving early or missing your time slot may require rescheduling. We’re here to make your pickup experience as smooth as possible!

4. Do you offer OEM logo caps for wheels?

Each wheel from WheelsZone includes our branded center caps and all necessary fittings to ensure a seamless installation. If you’re interested in car maker logo caps, we kindly suggest exploring platforms like eBay or Gumtree, where you’ll find affordable options that are fully compatible with our reproduction wheels.

5. Where are you located? Can I visit to see the products?

Our warehouse is located in Melbourne; however, due to our company policy and for security reasons, it is not open to the public. We greatly appreciate your understanding. If you’d like to learn more about our products, our friendly customer service team is always available to assist. We’ll be delighted to provide detailed information or photos to help you with your inquiry!

6. Do your wheels include nuts and CBLs?

If the accessory isn’t listed on our website, it generally means we do not include free accessories with our wheels. This is to ensure consistent quality, as complimentary parts can sometimes vary in standards. However, you’re welcome to purchase the exact fittings you need by clicking here. For added convenience, when ordered together with your wheels, you’ll also enjoy free shipping!

7. Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

9. Can I pay with cash in person?

We kindly inform you that we do not accept cash for in-person transactions. Our pricing remains consistent for both online and offline orders, ensuring fairness and transparency. Please note that cash payments do not qualify for additional discounts.

10. Items show out of stock, Can I place Back order?

If a product appears to be out of stock, we warmly encourage you to reach out to us to confirm the ETA. For items with a confirmed restock date within 4 weeks, we’re happy to offer Backorder options. As an added benefit, you may even receive a special discount when completing your Backorder. Please feel free contact us, and we’ll ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date information.

11. Do you ship to overseas?

Yes, we offer international shipping! For deliveries outside Australia, please contact us to confirm the best shipping options. In some regions, we provide CIF services to ports or airports, and you’ll need to arrange customs clearance. We’re happy to recommend trusted freight forwarders if needed.
