3. Rseries 3D Digital Modeling
Once an order is confirmed, the Rseries engineering team initiates the design phase by developing a high-precision 3D model tailored to your wheel specification.
This model defines the wheel’s core structural framework, covering key elements such as spoke profile, concavity, barrel construction, hub geometry, and overall proportion. Each dimension is carefully set to ensure accuracy and structural reliability.
Throughout the modelling process, visual balance and engineering feasibility are assessed together, ensuring the final design delivers refined aesthetics while meeting performance and manufacturing requirements.
The completed 3D model becomes the technical blueprint for all subsequent manufacturing stages, forming the foundation for precise machining and consistent quality.
