Express Same-Day Pickup - Melbourne Warehouse
Need your order today? Select Express Warehouse Pickup for fast, local collection from our Melbourne warehouse.
- Available: Monday to Friday for eligible orders placed and paid before 3:30 PM Melbourne time.
- Same-Day Collection: Morning orders may be available for collection from 1:00 PM at the earliest, subject to order processing and confirmation.
- Pickup Hours: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Pickup Confirmation Required: Please do not travel to the warehouse until you have received your Pickup Confirmation email.
- Pickup Ticket Required: A valid Pickup Ticket is required when collecting your order.
- Non-Refundable Service Fee: Express Pickup Service fees are non-refundable once a Pickup Confirmation email has been issued.
- Standard Handling: Standard warehouse order handling may take up to 2 business days.
Handling Time:
- For the products in stock, our warehouse normal handling time is 1-2 business day.
- During public holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Ship in Australia :
- We offer the local freight service to the Australia nation-wide. For the most metro areas the shipping cost will be automatically added and it will be included in the total price at the check out.
- If you are located in a remote area, our sales team will contact you after reviewing your order to confirm if any additional freight charges apply.

All orders are normally shipped via TGE / Australia Post / eParcel / CouriersPlease for local delivery.

Processing Time: Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for our team to prepare your order.

Need it fast: Eligible orders qualify for Express Pickup for a small additional fee, with your items ready and waiting at the warehouse in just 45 to 60 minutes.

Wait for Notification: We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready. This email will include your Pickup Ticket and specific collection instructions.

Pickup Ticket: To ensure a smooth collection, please present your Pickup Ticket (digital or printed) to the warehouse staff upon arrival.
Pickup Holding Policy
- Pickup orders are held free of charge for 7 calendar days from the scheduled pickup date.
- After 7 days: $25 Restocking Fee per order
Each additional week: $10 Administration Fee per order - All outstanding fees must be paid before the order can be released for collection.
